The concept of the Dortletka confectionery and café wants to continue not only the family legacy, but especially the quality of Viennese and First Republic confectioneries and cafés.
Dortletka is a snow pastry glued together with a special coffee cream, which is at the same time smeared around its perimeter and finally topped with a mixture of coffee and biscuits. All according to the original family recipe.
