The wide gables looking out onto the village square, the length of the two-storey buildings and the tastefully decorated facades in the classical style testify to the former wealth of the owners, which reflected the location of the site on the fertile southern slopes of the Central Highlands with the possibilities of profitable fruit growing and hop growing.
