Průčelský waterfall and St. Anne's chapel - Brná

An inconspicuous waterfall in the hillside of the village of Brné brings shade in summer and adventure in winter.

Before you reach the waterfall, start your journey at the late Baroque chapel, which dates back to 1756. It has a rectangular plan topped with a semicircular presbytery. There is a small bell tower on the roof. It is a protected cultural monument of the Czech Republic.

Most of the year, the inconspicuous Průčeljský Waterfall is located in the gorge of the same name, which was apparently one of the inspirations of the German writer Karl May. At higher water levels, the 6 m high waterfall can be seen here.
