I am an organic winemaker. How? I just follow the path of respect for nature and soil. I do not use herbicides, any system chemistry or auxiliaries in the vineyard or in the production of wine. Wines ferment spontaneously without noble selected yeasts. I do not clarify or filter the wines, I do not use sulfur or, if necessary, I use it in a very minimal amount. Wines are then a purely natural product and thus reflect the terroir of their origin.
I planted my new plant in 2012 and harvested my first crop three years later. In the winter of 2017, I had it registered and included in the Pod Lovošem vineyard route.
That was a bit about the essence of my work and the history of vineyard. Now my nanoteam and I are looking forward to the next steps, new vintages of wine and stories that await us together.
